Weekday catering is delivered Monday to Friday between 7:20 AM and 3:00 PM. Weekend catering is for Saturday and Sunday events. Meal prep and meal plans are delivered on weekdays.
Anywhere within 30 km of downtown Ottawa. Type your address at checkout and we check it for you straight away. Prefer to collect? Pickup at Constitution Square (350 Albert St) is always free.
Meal prep orders and meal plans are paid securely by card on Stripe when you order. Catering orders are placed online and invoiced.
Delivery needs at least 2 meals, and there is no minimum for pickup. Delivery fees drop as your order grows and delivery is free on larger orders.
Yes. Every plan has a personal link where you can skip a week, pause or cancel up to 48 hours before a delivery.
